Instructions:
We are excited to have you join our team of excellence! In order to begin employment with us, all new employees are required to complete the following tasks:
STEP 1: Complete and Submit your I-9 form to angela@highperformancehomes.co.

STEP 3: Complete and Submit an acceptable form of ID (instructions here) to angela@highperformancehomes.co.
STEP 4: Read the Employee Handbook.

STEP 5: Submit your Electronic Signature via SignNow (which was e-mailed to you), verifying that you have read, understand and agree to the terms in the Employee Handbook.
STEP 6: Complete and submit a Direct Deposit Authorization form to angela@highperformancehomes.co in order to receive your income.

Offer of Employment:
You will be expected to:
1. Track your time with the Freshbooks mobile app and record detailed notes of work performed (in order to receive payments); You may Get the App Here, but please wait for an invitation from our Financial Manager, Peter Stocke, before opening an account (unless you already have one).
2. Treat every customer and their property with the highest level of care and respect
3. Complete your work efficiently
4. Complete your work safely
5. Ask questions when you need information to complete your work safely and efficiently
6. Wear provided company shirts to the job
7. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times when on the job site (toe-protective boots, work pants, gloves, ear and eye protection, when needed, safety helmet; please contact us if you need assistance obtaining any of these)
Liability Waiver
Through agreeing to serve as an employee with our company and signing the Employee Handbook, you recognize that landscaping, excavation and septic installation work is a high risk vocation and that you will be provided with Worker's Compensation and disability insurance coverage. However, High Performance Homes disavows all liability for personal injuries or property damage beyond the scope of our insurance policy and through accepting employment and signing the Employee Handbook, you agree to release us of all liability for damages beyond those covered by the insurance policy.
Non-Competition
Furthermore, by accepting employment with our Company and signing the Employee Handbook, you agree to not utilize company work sites for personal or professional photography or replicate our internal organizational or website content of any kind without the express written consent of High Performance Homes LLC. You agree that you will not contact our clients for a period of twelve (12) months after employment for the purposes of producing business for landscaping, excavation, or septic services. You understand that in doing otherwise constitutes a breach of this non-competition policy and you thereby agree to be liable for paying 50% of the gross revenues that you generate on those clients to High Performance Homes for a period of one (1) year. This agreement may be modified only through the express written consent of High Performance Homes LLC.
