You may have some of these skills already. Or your employer or supervisor has requested that you watch these videos. Please review these videos at your leisure, as needed. You must demonstrate proficiency with these skills on-site with your supervisor in order to become eligible for a wage rate Increase. These wage rate increases are provided when you have both demonstrated proficiency with these skills and you have also produced consistently high quality work, you arrive to your work-site on time and you have not received any verbal or written warnings for improper professional conduct or safety standards.

Step 3:  Demonstrate proficiency to your supervisor. Once you have demonstrated proficiency on all of these skills and you have served as a high performing employee, you may be provided with an upgraded wage rate.
