Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Warranty Terms

Your High Performance Land & Home septic installation comes with a 10-Year guarantee that our installation work will be free from defects after completion, or we will repair and correct any work-related errors at no charge.

Warranty applies to the machine and labor installation and excavation services alone and does not include parts, materials and the like. $150 Call Fee is billable to the customer at the time the unit is inspected by High Performance Homes LLC. Should the unit prove that its failure is a result of negligence on behalf of High Performance Homes, the $150 Call Fee will be waived.

The customer must demonstrate that any problems arising from a warranty claim are clearly and demonstrably a result of an error caused by High Performance Homes' installation services or one of its staff. Any defects due to material or manufacturer production, design, or other errors must be covered by the manufacturer warranty and are not covered by High Performance Homes. Further exclusions include Acts of God, Natural Disasters and any septic failures that result from customer misuse rather than problems that are demonstrably attributable to High Performance Land and Home’s installation services.

If High Performance Homes discovers at any time during their warranty claim inspection that any defect, damage or malfunction of the warrantied system is a result of owner negligence, then all costs associated with the system repair shall be the responsibility of the owner.

Warranty is valid within ten (10) years from the date of final inspection approval received from the County of origin.
