Preparing For Your Property’s Excavation Site
Thank you for choosing High Performance Land & Home for your property’s upcoming excavation project. We look forward to working with you through each stage of your project timeline, from start to finish.
In order for us to mobilize our machines and crew onto your job site, there are a few preliminary steps that need to be taken beforehand. To ensure your property is ready for the arrival of our workforce, we’ve included below your pre-mobilization checklist. Taking these steps will provide us with the necessary care and forethought needed for a successful project between you and our crew, contracting partners and county inspectors. Please review this checklist thoroughly. We are available throughout your entire project to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
My Checklist
I have read and signed my HPLH Work Authorization / Excavation Services Contract.
I have paid HPLH my $500 non-refundable scheduling deposit, or I have received confirmation from HPLH for an alternative payment plan.
My property has clear, visible address signage from the main access road.
If my project requires it, I have engineering plans that I have shared with HPLH, or I have let HPLH know of my need for engineering plans.
If my project requires it, I have received a permit for the work to be done, or I have started my permitting process. If I am unsure of my need for a permit, I have communicated this with HPLH.
My property lines are clearly marked on the job site.
Any job site obstacles, objects or areas for preservation, and all liabilities near the work zone have been clearly marked by myself or another representative for me and have been communicated to HPLH.
I have notified any neighbors with abutting property structures or vehicles of my upcoming project so that they can clear their vehicles for ease of property access, or be aware of any equipment that will be operated near their property.
I have let HPLH know if there is cellular phone service or wifi access or not on the property, along with any credentials needed for wifi access.
If my project requires it, I have paid HPLH my Mobilization Deposit of 50% of the total cost, or the cost of materials (whichever is greater) in order to begin on-site work.
